Contact our Customer Care department and tell them where you live. We'll provide
you with a list of retailers and designers in your area.
How can I get replacement parts and extra shades?
Contact our Customer Care department and tell them what you need. It helps if you
know the Robert Abbey style # for your lamp, but if not, we can probably determine
it from your description. You can also email us an image of your lamp (preferably
in .jpg format.)
How do I get one of your printed catalogs?
Printed catalogs are available to our existing retail partners and potential retailers,
designers and decorators. To receive one, contact your sales representative or our
customer care department. If you don't have a sales representative, let us know
and we'll put you in touch with the rep for your area.
How can I get access to your online catalog to shop and place orders online?
If you are an existing Robert Abbey retailer and need a login and password to access
